The store associate that greeted me at the door was extremely friendly and helpful in finding what I was looking for. The store seem very well cleaned, organized, and well-stocked. No clutter to be found. A few other employees that I ran into while walking towards the register were also very friendly. Tyrone at check out was both helpful and efficient in getting my purchase rung up and getting me on my way back home. No one in the store was pushy and never once did I feel like I was rushed or ignored. I would definitely visit this Dick's Sporting Goods again while in the area.

She radioed for someone to go help us but no one responded so she ended up helping us and checking us out. We were pleasantly greeted when we walked it but it appeared as if no wanted to really work. They have ample equipment and a skate sharpening area. Everything is neatly organized by sport, making it easy to navigate and shop. While not the newest, this store was renovated recently and is sometimes a goldmine for a specific (and popular) sneaker or shoe, due to their location in the deserted Westgate Mall. On both occasions I have made special trips into this mall just to come here and just a particular pair of shoes they had in stock in my size that none of the other Famous Footwear locations had. Around the summertime they normally have sandals, and if you shop smart, they nearly always have coupons available to use (and when I called here recently and asked if they would accept a coupon that clearly said on it that it was only eligible at the new Braintree store, they had no issue accepting it here).
