I followed up with Anne and inquired 3 days after we met, and she was busy, but would get back to me with a schedule of interviews. 4 days later, nothing and a thank you to me for following up again. Another week went by, same result. During that third waiting period, I hooked up with Trandon Associates in Manhattan. In two days I had an interview and in less than 10 days started my new job. I still have yet to hear anything from this unprofessional, non communicative organization. If you hear from them or even think of contacting them, think twice. If you want to collect unemployment checks, this is the company for you. If you want to get a job, Trandon Associates, contact Barbara Anderson. You will not be disappointed! He also wanted the names of private companies I have audited at my current position which violates confidentiality for my current employer. I found that unprofessional on his part. The interview went OK but I believe the firm never had any desire to hire me even before the interview. Later in the day after my morning interview I get a call from Tom telling me that they passed on resume. I feel like they don't care about finding the right canidate just getting as many canidates as possible for interviews. I will possibly use them down the road again but maybe with another coordinator.
