I booked a deep clean, 4 bed/2 baths, 2-3 cleaners,  2 1/2 hours, deep clean $260., they had…read moresupplies.    The cameras announce that it's recording. It showed Destannie and a young man, arriving, no supplies. They went out and brought out a small supply holder at 4:26 and they left at 5:54.  I received a text at 6:27 to say they were done and finished (1/2 hr after they left.) They didn't bring the cleaning tools most services do for a deep clean or ask me to set mine out (wand for ceiling fans, duster, mop, vacuume.)    When I got home, a few things were done, but mostly looked uncleaned. The same exact bits of junk on floors, dust on glass shelves and table tops, trash on floor, ring in toilet, microwave dirty, no tidying at all.   When I messaged saying it did not look cleaned, mopped or vacuumed, Destannie insisted they scrubbed bathrooms, swept, vacuumed and mopped, all floors. How? The cameras didn't show a mop or vacuume entering or leaving. My supplies, or their location, weren't asked about. They didn't have their limited cleaning supplies to even start cleaning until 4:26. So 2 1/2 hours of deep cleaning was a lie. She offered to come back, but I declined.
