Finding the center can be a bit tricky but if you just follow the directions to St Lukes Hospital off Lakepointe Pkwy., MD Anderson is attached to the hospital and the entrance is to the right of the hospital's main entrance. When we got there they kicked us out "due to covid" but it was in such a tacky and insensitive manner. As my dad began to ring the bell the security guard stopped him mid ring and said we had to leave. It was only 2 of us! I am just appalled at the delivery as the security guard was very forceful and rude. I am just in shock and wish that I could've gotten to experience that moment with him. It was sad having to watch from the outside as all of the doctors and nurses cheered him on. He wanted his family there for that beautiful moment, not strangers.

She also prescribed me medication which (being without them is incredibly dangerous by the way) and she is now refusing to fill them.
