My husband and I happened upon this shop while visiting Norman from California. Tyler was the only one working and his customer service was like nothing else we've experienced! We are huge Yeti fans and I've always seen other cups engraved but never as well-done as this shop provides. Because we were only there for a short time, he took the time to engrave my yeti cup I got for Christmas and two we purchased while in his shop. He may have not had the time to do it but he made us feel like we were his only priority! There were other fun things to buy in the store if you're ever looking for a unique gift for someone who might be hard to buy for. We spent about an hour combined (we were in his shop twice) with Tyler and left feeling like we had made a new friend. Thank you for your time, patience and over the top customer service!!
