AND the shirts looked GREAT! Good quality and clean print (a couple weeks earlier I ordered shirts, from an online store, with a logo printed on the back and it bled through to the front leaving a reversed ghost logo... sure, we got replacement shirts, but it was a week after the event we needed them for -- disappointed, at least); our Fast Stitch prints were crisp and clean -- great job! I'm still fairly unfamiliar with the Oklahoma City area, so I don't know where to go locally to get what I need here yet. Every online shirt printer I tried simply said my requested timeline couldn't be met -- Fast Stitch DID the un-doable and did it with a smile and a true helping hand, this was a great reminder to buy local first and NOW I have my local shirt printer for life! (I'm reaching out to them today about a new shirt request -- this is my now my go-to, one-stop shop!)

I ordered a T-shirt and a sweatshirt through a pop-up shop set up with an organization I belong to…read moreset up. I received my items and found that the screen print on the front of the sweatshirt was slightly off center. It wasn't so bad that I couldn't deal with it, but this T-shirt was slanted lower on one side than the other. I contacted the business about the replacement, and they sent me a new T-shirt and it was worse. I contacted the business again, and the lack of professionalism from this Jackie person was unacceptable. Having sent several pictures of both shirts, this is the text message I received: Are you talking about the new one? I measured it after it was printed, and it was within 1/8 of an inch from the top of the seams to the O and the A in Oklahoma. Industry standard is within 1/4 of an inch. It is unreasonable to spend 10 minutes measuring each shirt to be exactly 100% centered before printing but we are very careful. I was surprised you reached out the first time and cannot tell at all in your pictures what is crooked and you stating it's hard to see I think proves my point. It is hard to tell in the photos. This is true but when I hold the shirt up, parallel with the ground or another flat object, you can clearly see the design is crooked. My response to her is as follows: I am talking about the new one. It is crooked. I held it up and it's slanted and that last picture is of the new shirt. The picture in the pink room is me wearing the shirt and you can see it's obviously not straight. In the next picture as in the last one the shirt is folded right at the armpit seams, and you can see the design is not even. If it is folded in the same place, then either the shirt is not sewn together correctly, or the design is off. Her last response: I don't know what to tell you. I measured it with a sewing ruler, and it is not crooked. I did not know I needed to take pictures of that to prove it to you. I cannot keep replacing shirts for you that you insist are crooked especially if you are not even measuring them. This store did not hit a single minimum order, and I made exceptions and took a loss to begin with and they replaced your shirt although it looks fine in the pictures, I don't know what you want from me at this point. At that point I just asked for a refund and told her we could part ways. I personally would never order from this group again. The unprofessional attitude, again, is unacceptable. Allegedly this business been around for a while and I guess that may be true since their website looks like it was created by America Online.

They have extended their hours slightly so if I hurry I can stop by after work. They carry a lot of shirts in the store so you can usually find the size you need. Also, this is the most reasonably priced place to buy cool Thunder t-shirts. Trust me! Thunder shirts at other local shops can be nearly $40 and the shirts at Bigfoot are typically $20. Plus, the shirts are high quality and the print lasts. I have several shirts from Bigfoot and wear each of them often and they still look as good as new. Thank you Bigfoot for the reasonably priced gear!!! I don't think they have kids sizes (at least not the last time I was there) and I would love to get some of these cool shirts for my son. Hopefully that's something they will print in the future. Also, at my previous job we used Bigfoot Creative to print some t-shirts. They did a great job and the shirts turned out really well...although they did shrink upon washing. But that's not Bigfoot's fault! I highly recommend stopping by Bigfoot Creative next time you need a cool t-shirt, tank top or sweatshirt. Oh! They also offer online shopping now which is a big plus, but it seems like they don't have all designs available online.
