They have a nice restaurant and it has a great location near the University Laval making it attractive to students at fair prices. Their pizza and salads are quite good in fact, but every other thing I tried was subpar. I have mixed feelings about it. But at the end of the day inconsistant service and tollerable food makes me not reccomend it. It is a beautiful place with a great location, thus keeping it alive.

We always celebrate my brother's birthday at a different place for Burgerweek. By now, it's obvious where we ended up going. What I need to add though... yes the food was great, but great food isn't hard to find nowadays... what really stood out and pushed me to review this place, is the team. The service was impeccable. The experience lf seeing the food be prepared infront of you and the direct contact with the chef... just amazing. Then this girl shows up, to replenish water, take drink orders and we find out she's the owner, "Mademoiselle Inès" herself. She is clearly passionate about her restaurant and it shows in the service, the attention to detail and the inspiration through the whole team. Additionally, the Ditrict Gourmet has the ambiance to a tee. The music and lighting is great. I can't wait to go back and try something else, maybe a bit less caloric this time around.

It came with creamy buffalo mozzarella, basil, and a good amount of tomato sauce.
