In the process their employee not only delivered it originally to the wrong place (pep boys) but wrecked my car. I filed a complaint with AAA and my insurance and had to come out of pocket my deductible while waiting for them to deal with Cochran. Come to find out they are underinsured and refuse to pay for the deductible (significantly less than the cost of damages submitted to my Insurance). My insurance company is now having to take them to court which could take over a year to recover my deductible. Use at your own risk.

I contacted Jason, my mechanic advisor at Meador Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram who recommended Ken Ballard Lynn Smith Collision Center. Ken took over and was very reassuring that his team could repair the damages to my truck, but I wasn't so confident because of how it looked and especially once I saw the damages marked and all broken down into pieces. It was a very challenging project to get done but Ken kept me in the loop of the repair process the whole way. There were more damages found during the repair that I was informed of that could have easily classified the vehicle as being totaled by my insurance. Ken was steadfast that his team could do the job as they had done before for other customers, so I said to continue with the repairs. A couple months went by and by February 2021 Ken called saying that I could come by and pick up my truck. I was nervous when I saw the truck again and admit that I was skeptical that everything was put back together and painted right as if the accident never happened. I was amazed at how good the body & paint job looked and was very satisfied. The underside of the body, suspension, and frame damage was another concern, but Lynn Smith Collision Center offers a lifetime warranty on all of their work. I must say that so far I am very pleased over the extensive work and challenges that was done to my still very new like 2019 Ram 1500 truck. I waited to post a review to drive the truck for a couple of months to get a really good feel of how the truck drives and handles since the accident. The extensive work required was accomplished in a timely manner. When I picked up the car it looked as if nothing had ever happened to it. They did an outstanding job. I called Sunday to schedule a pick up of an old car that I needed to be delivered. While the price was fair, there service is lacking. They quoted me a price, and told me that it was a 30-45 minute wait, which was no problem, and about 20 minutes later, they called and said they were only doing police calls, and would have to pass. I called A-1 Towing and they came out immediately and it cost me almost 100 bucks more. It seems that these towing companies only wish to get paid by the city and nothing else. However, a few months later the battery he sold me completely died. I mean deader than any other battery I've ever owned in my 34 years of driving. I call, text , email and nothing! I finally got another provider who said tested the battery and said it' was defective and he's rarely seen a battery this dead and the manufacturer is to have known issues and is faulty. Just bring it over this morning and we will have it done by 5:00. Sounds like a small locally owned shop that you want to support and do business with right? Quick service and good price! Well, when I dropped the car off at 10:30 she confirmed 5:00 today. At 4:30 I called to see if it was done and she said it's going to take a little longer than I thought but it will be done today. At 5:30 I stopped by and they still hadn't gotten the old one out yet. She said its more complex than I thought but we will get it done before we go home. The car was finally ready at 9:30 pm so I guess give them credit for staying late (ie 2 stars and not 1). On the way home I stopped to get the alternator checked at autozone and they pointed out that the wire to the alternator wasn't even hooked up so it wasn't working properly. So I came home and had to finish the job myself. If it sounds too good to be true. It probably is. So do yourself a favor. Pay the extra money and go somewhere else!!! PS.
