Along with a full repaint, there were a number of small to medium maintenance things that needed doing, re surfacing the interior ceiling with new cloth, fixing some minor body issues, polishing and clearing up my head lamps. Well when I go to pick it up I find out their employees steal. They stole a knife out of my truck. they were supposed to replace part of my bumper at my cost. Well shady ass place they are they didn't and glued the light in place. Then tried to explain to me I was imagining that's what they did. They then tried to tell me I needed new bushings on my rear axles. This was brought up when they were doing the alignment per the insurance claim. Funny part with that was I had just had an alignment done 2 weeks prior. Funny par ad that shop Sid nothing about the bushings. Oh best part is I had just had the replaced a year ago. So moving forward progressive asked me to allow them to fix their mistakes. As reluctant as I was I agreed. Well this time yep you guessed it their employees stole a brand new Milwaukee tool bag out of my truck. When I said something the owner was like I'll talk to my guys. As if the thriving employee will just up and admit he took items from truck. As for quality of work they're better at stealing than body work. They had to replace a headlight. Well these clowns put the wrong headlight assembly on my truck. An didn't know it wasn't compatible. Again they tried to question my like I did something wrong. I'm like you guys order the lift and put it in. They leave out bolts and will try to up-charge you because as a body shop they suck. Bottomline your better off taking it to the trade school and having the students repair you truck! But at the end if you decide to chance it with these guys. Make sure if it's not nailed down or welded take it out of your vehicle because it will be missing when you get back! Oh and I might add the whole time dealing with these guys and these ordeals, never once did the owner who claims to be hands on reached out to me. That in itself you be a huge red flag to not do business with them!
