He went they said they have run full diagnostics and found all the battery needed to be replaced and connectors (freightliner). They have quoted us almost 1k and we had not much but to agree, no wonder why they require cash only please save the hassle and pay with your credit card. Anyways as soon as driver went on the road after driving for some time same issue nothing changed so we needed to sent him another closes shop. Once he went there as soon as they opened it up they said it requires new batteries driver tried to explain them that it has already been changed but guess what nothing has been replaced and all we got charged for nothing but just for some check up((( please see yourself i will be attaching all of pics before and after also invoices and explanations from the second shop!!! We have tried calling and contacting them no response at all only ignored calls!!!

The first night we brought it home it rained and the moon roof lines leaked water all over the floor of the car. Two months later, the motor blew up because oil was leaking so badly, and it costs her $3,900.00 to get it repaired and 411 Trucks and Auto would not help her fix any of it and I think that is pretty sorry of a business. When you buy a vehicle, the dealer is supposed to make you aware of any problems, so I am turning them into the Better Business Bureau and speaking with an attorney. I have never been lied to like she was lied to about a vehicle that cost $6,800.00. That's not alot of money for some people, but for a single mother, it's alot and it's about doing the right thing. I would be leary of this car dealer. They lie straight to your face and sale complete garbage for vehicles. They wouldn't even let her pay them to repair it, then trade it for a different vehicle. That says alot in itself. They don't even trust their on mechanics and won't trade a vehicle they sold less than two months ago for cash. I will add photos of the repair bill once we get it out of the shop. I'm pretty sick right now and honesty is everything in my opinion.

I had one of my drivers pull in to MHC in Knoxville, TN this afternoon because the truck was…read moretelling us that an injector had gone out. Coy in service got us hooked up to a computer to confirm that was the problem. Coy got with Kenny in the parts department to confirm they had the parts in stock. Coy no sooner got my driver into the shop and began repairs. Within 4.5 hours, they called me for payment and my driver was out the door by midnight and back on schedule to deliver VA the next morning. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the help of both Coy in service and Kenny in the parts departments for getting us up and running again. Super friendly people. I'll keep them on my short list of of quality, honest and fair repair facilities. Keep up the good work!!
