It is in the old Burlington building off University. Upon walking in, 2 sales associates welcomed us and the one closest to us asked if we needed any help. Dave explained why we were there and he and the young man spoke for a few minutes. I walked around looking at all the items. I was asked a couple of times if I needed help. The salesman took Dave straight to a shelf that had several fans on it. They weren't the type of fans we needed. I was impressed this young man knew where the fans were in the store because the store is huge! He knew the type of fan Dave was looking for and he mentioned he didn't think they had what Dave wanted but he would show the fans they did have. The salesman was correct about the fans they had were not the right type. We thanked him for his time and left. 5/5 for customer service and knowledge of fans and where they are. The young man was great.
