I was looking for a place that I could bring in my 6 year old desktop computer and one of my trusted computer friends recommended this place. I had several issues to be dealt with and I finally brought my computer in last Fri. Aria, who I spoke with about the problems with my computer on Fri. in the store, called me the next day to say my computer was ready! They installed the Windows 10 Upgrade, got rid of a virus I had on there, they backed up my files and provided me with a copy of it, they installed something to prevent ads, I don't need a password to log on, and they basically "cleaned it up"! It only took them one day, though I wasn't in any hurry. When I picked up my computer, Aria and Bobby showed me what they had done and showed me how to access various programs! I feel SO MUCH better about my computer! I definitely recommend them for computer cell phone help/repair! read more

I have been coming to quick fix for years now, and will not go anywhere else. The staff is so kind, and the customer service is incredible! I brought my iPhone in for a cracked screen yesterday (Which I have done with them probably ten times in the past), and they informed me that they were out of stock in my screen size, but that they would switch my data over to one of their iPhones in the mean time so I wouldn't miss out on any important calls or texts. I stopped in to see if my phone could be repaired. They took time to take the phone apart, clean it, troubleshoot it, and put some spare parts in to test it. All I can say about this business is that these guys are great. I've been coming here for several years now & always receive superior service. Recently I had difficulty changing my SIM card on an iPad that I purchased from them. After speaking with Verizon, they switched out my device to one that I could use with my cellular provider, at no charge. At the same time I took my dying laptop in to have them back it up. I gave them the laptop for parts, & when it came time to pay the bill, it was "no charge"! These guys are the best! This is by far the best repair shop around town. This was my second time going to this place to get something repaired and had a great experience again. The first time around I had my iPhone 5s screen repaired, not only were they the cheapest in town (I called several places before them) but they got it done for me in less the an hour which was perfect for me since I was on my lunch break. The second time I went in to get my laptop checked out thinking it was beyond repair but wanted a second opinion, I was thinking I would have to change some hardware or even get a new computer. They told me to drop it off and have them check it out, they called me later that day and told me that it was just a software issue and they had corrected the issue for me for super cheap. My Iphone 5s was cracked and every other phone repair shop was going to charge me around $150 and these guys only charge $109 and that's with tax and all!!
