I had the most amazing experience with Stephanie Baker of North American Senior Benefits. I received a post card in the mail which I responded to. I didn't even remember why I responded to the post card. I had no idea that someone would actually show up at my door. Her question to me was in regards to life insurance. I told her I already had Life Ins and brushed her off. She left me with her business card. She also asked me a few key questions that really got my attention. As I thought about what she said I realized I needed to talk to her. She was right on point. I called and left a voice message and also sent an email. She responded immediately and I apologized for pushing her away and asked if she could setup a meeting for us to talk. She came back a couple of days later. It was unbelievable the knowledge she has in regards to Life Insurance among other things. I am so glad she showed up at my door. We looked at the Life Insurance policy I had for 30+ years and determined I didn't really have the coverage I thought I had. She told me all about the company she worked for and what her goal was. Stephanie explained things that otherwise I would have never known. Long story short She helped me to find a new life insurance policy with very favorable rates. I am extremely happy with this policy and now have peace of mind. I guess I thought it was a scam because there are so many scammers out there. You really don't know who to trust. I was skeptical at first when an agent from NASB showed up at my door with the card that I sent in for additional help. I reluctantly, at first, sat down with him but quickly realized that he was here to put me in a better situation when it comes to my dental benefits and life insurance. My wife and I have known we needed to get some life insurance but don't know much about how it works and we would avoid the conversation. Today my husband and I met with an agent from NASB, who came because of a card we sent in the mail. While here, Daniel helped us with several things. Which include dental, vision, life insurance options etc. He explained eberyththing in detail, and while my husband and I decideded not to go with the insurance plans offered by Daniel, the NASB agent, he took the time to help us when he found out we needed new copies of our life insurance policies mailed to us. We had a sudden death in the family a couple weeks ago and he took the time to call that insurance company, get all of the paperwork filed for the claim and then walked us through the process. He is also really good at explaining other programs as well.
