Quoting a business , like yours, that operates on the property of The GA World Congress Center, GA Dome, and Phillips Arena brings with it additional requirements that require a longer turn around time than a typical quote. This quote had to be approved by underwriting which took 24 business hours. Four days did pass but you did not mention that you were counting Saturday and Sunday. The quote was requested Friday and delivered Monday.....which was the next business day. The Georgia Dome referred this account to us because we are one of a few agencies that have been able to repeatedly satisfy their detailed insurance lrequirements to operate at large events ( NFL games, NBA games, concerts, etc.) We have successfully insured over 30 businesses just like this one. During the call, I overheard comments that appeared to be complaints about immigrants, which I found very inappropriate and concerning. As a long-time customer, I expect respectful and professional service. One of the main reasons I have kept all my insurance policies with State Farm is because my previous agent treated my family with kindness and professionalism.
