When I moved from Minnesota, she helped me get the best rate for my auto coverage and renter's coverage (which so happen to be with two different companies). Then, when I got engaged she helped me get my ring included on my renter's insurance and found out that the company I was with for that policy had now added auto coverage and my rates would be better if I switched. She helped me have a seamless switch and saved me a good chunk of change each month! I hadn't even asked her to do that! Not to go into all the drama of it all but recently switched home owners and auto insurance due to the tremendous savings Ryan was able to offer. I encountered several issues with my escrow account (don't want to go there either) and emailed Ryan for advice on getting this handled. He jumped in with both feet, was the liaison between the actual policy writer and the escrow account. Continued to lead me with expert advice and was able to accomplish something that I was unable to do after two weeks of trying.
