I got 9, 24" balloons. The staff did an AMAZING job filling them. What stuck out the most was they were all the exact same size. A lot of times a store will fill some all the way up, and some partly up, so they look mismatched, not the case here. They also chose really pretty matching strings for each balloon, and even tied the knots perfectly. They have tons of un-inflated balloons to choose from as well. The staff was very courteous and helpful, especially loading the balloons into the car. They have customers in us as long as we're in the area, which should be a very long time. I did not receive it because the postal system in my area did not work on Saturday. This was not advertised on their website but now the item was useless to me as the event I needed it for already occurred. When attempting to return in an UNOPENED and UNUSED condition I was initially told I would have to pay back return shipping and there was nothing they could do for the initial postal payment. Later, after posting a negative review I am now being emailed that they will not accept it period. Extremely unprofessional. This is what differentiates the big companies from small ones like this.
