I did not receive it because the postal system in my area did not work on Saturday. This was not advertised on their website but now the item was useless to me as the event I needed it for already occurred. When attempting to return in an UNOPENED and UNUSED condition I was initially told I would have to pay back return shipping and there was nothing they could do for the initial postal payment. Later, after posting a negative review I am now being emailed that they will not accept it period. Extremely unprofessional. This is what differentiates the big companies from small ones like this.
