Absolutely horrendous. Easy time ordering balloons for rehearsal dinner 3 months in advance. Called 3 days before to make sure all was well. On the day of the event, the store called me saying they could not do the balloon design I ordered. I agreed because we were so close to the event but reminded them of road closures near the Marietta square due to a concert and the need to arrive early. They assured me they would. They arrived very late (midway through my event) and acted VERY RUDE like the road closures were my fault even though I had told them ahead of time. DO NOT USE THIS STORE. Unprofessional, unreliable, and just plain terrible to work with. Go somewhere else for your party business. read more

Not reliable at all! I was referred to this place by a friend of mine since I needed jumbo letter balloons for a community picnic that I was part of hosting. I try to shop local instead of big box retail to support smaller businesses in my community. I called them on Friday and told them I needed the balloons for Sunday, they had all the letters except for one and said that they will pick it up that same evening on their way home from their sister store that is on their way home from work anyways and that it is totally fine and that the balloons will be strung together and ready for pickup between 6pm-7pm the next day (Saturday) since their morning was extremely busy. I called them at 6:30pm on Saturday to make sure they were ready for me to go pick them up and they said they're not ready and that they won't be able to fulfill my order. I asked them why they didn't call to let us know when they found out and they said they thought about it but were too busy to give us a phone call... this is extremely poor customer service and terribly unreliable. I would never come to this place again because they did a great job reassuring me that everything will be ready and good to go but then could not deliver at the last minute and didn't even bother letting me know. Luckily a Party City had what I needed and was able to get it done for me immediately but if they hadn't then I would have been stuck. Luckily Party City was also cheaper than this local shop so I saved money and had better service and balloons! I'm extremely disappointed and disheartened by this business and their team as they didn't have a minute to shoot a phone call or text after deciding they can't fill my order. I won't be giving them another chance and do not recommend them. read more

I was looking for a special airplane balloon for my grandson's 2nd birthday. I called a national party supply store & they obviously didn't want my business. Then I called USA Party. The owner was busy but cared enough to look & called me back with the good news. When I arrived she was so kind & helpful. I asked if she had cloud balloons. She put air in every color cloud balloon she has so I could see exactly how they would look. Talk about customer service! CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS. Walked in with 30 minutes to spare before my nieces sweet 16 party with 10 LARGE MYLAR BALLOONS that needed to be filled. They hooked me up on price, threw some extra string we needed to take home, and provided overall EXCELLENT customer service. I will literally find any reason possible to go back here. Their customer service is out of this world!!! I can't say enough about how nice and helpful they are. We were throwing a going away party and needed some Mylar letters. They happened to be out of two of the letters we needed but she went way out of her way to search and figure out a way to make it work. Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with this company. As a manager and employee, attitude is everything. If a company sells a bad product, it is there responsibility to make adjustments so the customer is happy. The manager and the employee (Renee) were not very friendly when trying to explain how they didn't accept balloons that had been sold, even though my product came in a package and was incomplete. It was missing the straw. When I went to return the product, I was told they wouldn't take it (which is understandable) but I was then handed a plastic, unwrapped straw and told to use that. The manager agreed to return my money but her attitude was terrible! I am desperately trying to find the owner of the store to let them know how the employees are responding to customer concerns. read more

I want to point out, first of all, that this is a FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS. Not a chain store or franchise. We need to support our small businesses especially during these shut downs! I am in town visiting my family until the virus clears up and I can go back to RVing full time. I have had 3 birthdays to plan parties for since I arrived in March - my grandson's 3rd, My son's 40th, and my granddaughter's 6th. Another party store only had "order online" due to the closings or "deliver to the car" and I couldn't find what I wanted. The people that answered the phone didn't seem to want to be bothered either. So I drove by this store the other day and called. The owner answered the phone and was so pleasant and helpful. I went over today and spent over $100 on balloons and accessories for my son's 40th, and I am going to get all kinds of things for my granddaughter's 6th! She is crazy about Frozen and they have a life-size Elsa balloon that "walks" and lots of rainbows and Unicorns, which are her 2nd favorite thing. It feels like a hometown store . . . so pleasant and friendly, well stocked in spite of the shutdowns we are all experiencing. AND - I couldn't get all the balloons in my SUV so they delivered them for me! I HIGHLY recommend shopping here for your balloon and party needs. read more

Great competitive prices compared to other online delivery options. I called from out of state, and R answered ALL of my questions. I called a week ago to ask if they carried LEGO Ninjago and the owner was kind enough to call around to other local party supply stores to see if they carried it. I was impressed with the level of customer service that I decided to stop by to check them out. They have a nice rental space for parties that I thought was a great addition to the store. This was, by far, one of the worse experiences I have ever had. I called and asked for 72" round tables along with 25 white folding chairs. The owner/manager (Ronnell) assured me they were able to accommodate our needs, and being that it was an upcoming holiday weekend, they would need a later delivery time. I never received a receipt to confirm the rental items, and the driver delivering the items showed up late. I immediately knew the table were the wrong size when the driver showed up in his personal vehicle. I called Ronnell to advise her without seeing the tables that I was confident they were the wrong size being that we had rented the same size previously and they would never fit in a vehicle of that size. She attempted to argue with me, stating that she remembers precisely every conversation she has with all her clients, and that is not what I had asked for. I stopped her immediately and advised her that she was very unprofessional and that I would not argue with her. The driver suggested we squeeze our guest in at the tables and informed us they don't carry 72' round tables. In short, the company never was able to accommodate our needs and said anything to get our money. I could go on and on about the unprofessionalism I experienced here, and as a previous event planner, I've dealt with several companies and have NEVER experienced anything like this. Save yourself the drama and headache. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I was promised and credit and six days after my event received a receipt (no credit) Go Figure. Don't say I didn't warn you. read more
