Another turn off was room need cleaned or painted as it had some kind of stain on the wall (not very appealing or giving me a clean feeling), again not good first impression. They may offer the best care but they won't have any endorsement from either me or my wife. So if this receptionist is the first thing you run into representing this business it'll turn a lot of patients off. The drs should think twice about who they have greeting existing or potential customers. They need to remember first impressions are important because you may not get a second chance. Business is tough enough without having your front person chasing of customers. Also apply the rule of 100 when you upset someone, they'll definitely tell others who in turn do the same. So I went for the next appt, was not a treatment, it was a consultation, she signed me up for a monthly payment plan, again, with the guarantee this would work. So I went, and when I say it didn't work, it a half an inch loss, not a millimeter of my hanging skin tightened. She kept saying, you should see results really soon, but NOTHING. So eventually I asked for my money back, and they gave me most of it, but not all of it. I texted Bri, I emailed the office manager and they said my first appt was just a consultation, and was not guaranteed or refundable. The office manager emailed me the supposed ad I clicked on, and in extremely small font, it says non refundable. I was on my iPhone when I clicked on AN ad, so clearly if I had to stretch out the image she sent me to see what she was talking about, clearly I did not see it on the ad. Because I can promise you I would not have going to the first appt, and any subsequent appointments. I know it doesn't seem like a lot, but the first visit was $79, and don't forget all my time going back and forth to my appts and the time I was strapped to the machines. I just don't think it is a lot to say, to uphold the word of their tech, their representative. I have a lot of screen shots that say it is guaranteed. And then the most recent ads do not say guaranteed, so be very careful, this is not cheap, and the results are very spotty on if it actually works or not. I guess I will have to take them to small claims court, with all my texts, emails and screenshots. I am not sure about it, but if I have to go out of my way to take them to court, I will be asking for them to pay for my time there, my travel time, the $79 and the $91 court cost. I really don't like dealing with businesses that don't honor their words.

In the first session I was charged for a set of xrays. When reviewing my x-rays, the chiropractor told me I had degenerative joint disease, osteoporosis & scoliosis. After leaving his office, I had a x-rays done with an orthopedic doctor who said my spine & joints were in perfect health. He straight up lied in order to get me to pay for more adjustments which seems highly unethical. The chiropractor himself was heavily trying to scam me. He was so focused on his sales with every session we had. After my second session, he was trying to pressure me into committing to a financially binding contract of $5,000 in order to 'fix' the spinal disorders that I do not have. Something felt really off that he kept pressing that I needed to spend such a large amount so suddenly. I was hesitant & did not agree to the contract. I am a college aged girl who does not have $5000 to throw away. He then tried to guilt me into the $5,000 by telling me that I must not care about my health at all if I was not willing to sign the contract. He then sent in his front desk workers and other staff to try to talk me into the contract and negotiate payments with me. The entire situation was extremely uncomfortable & felt like coercion. Another thing of note; his chiropractic certification behind his desk is from 'the school of life'. This man is a quack. DO NOT TRUST THIS FACILITY WITH YOUR SPINAL HEALTH OR YOUR MONEY.
