We have a hillside terraced yard with no easy entry points so it was a challenging task for any contractor. Most had been talking months, tens of thousands of dollars, ripping out terraces, yard, shrubs, fence, trees out...etc. Basil came in, had a much more simple plan, lower costs, better design and quick turn around in days rather than months. They came in much lower than other contractors, had a much better design plan and had a team that was well organized. From the owner down to his entire team they went above and beyond our expectations. I was so amazed at how efficient and knowledgeable they were I had to call family and friends! Not often you find contractors like this who take pride in their work, don't look to make an extra buck by doing things half arsed and genuinely enjoy what they do for a living. Top notch group and we thank them everyday we go to use our shower/bathroom/dishes/laundry!

Duluth Construction resided the front of our house and did an immaculate job. We started small at…read morefirst to replace rotted wood trim around our windows. After finding some significant rot to the plywood underneath, I decided to have the front of the house resided with hardie board and replace the rotted plywood found along the way. They also painted the front to match the rest of the house and it looks pristine. Anton was super communicative and always willing to give many options as well as his recommendation for longevity.
