Taseca replaced all of them with modern, energy efficient vinyl windows. Ordering new windows is easy. The response from the company, scheduling, and installation were excellent. I phased the window replacement over three visits and for each visit, the crew arrived promptly, did an excellent job, and cleaned up after the job was done. It took 2-3 weeks for a quote and that was only after prodding from a mutual party. I responded to the quote within a day and never heard back. It's been 2.5 months with no reply. I ended up going with Window World of Portland, at a higher cost, because they gave a quote quickly and have communicated during the entire process. If you're unable to take on a specific job, just tell client instead of leaving them hanging... I would respect that way more and may consider you for a different job in the future.
