My kid spilled coffee on that one, so I sent it back for repairs. But, Mac Nurse didn't fix it - he outsourced the repairs. Then he decided the refurb couldn't be fixed he offered to sell me another. I'm not actually sure this guy can fix anything. To top it all off, when I disputed a charge on the bill, he completely ghosted. I never got back my data or hardware. I lost a TON of time/money.
