This guy knows what's up! If i could give 6 stars i would. My phone screen looked like Charlie Sheen in '98, all cracked up. I contacted Craig with only a thimbles full of hope. He sourced the needed parts right away and scheduled an appointment within the week! I contacted Craig on the strength of his Yelp reviews. I'm glad I did! He was very quick to respond and was available to help with my repair on short notice. My phone charging port had been on a long and steady decline. I assumed I would need a new charging port. His price for that was very reasonable. When he stopped by to do the repair he mentioned that charging ports often get clogged with lint when they travel in our pockets. I was not aware of that issue and really appreciate the education. He spent some time cleaning out the charging port and then invited me to see if that had addressed the issue. His work made a difference I could see and feel. My phone showed a strong and stable connection to the charging port again and I could also feel the end of the charging cable was seated properly in the port when I inserted and removed it. He ended up charging me only $20, for cleaning the charging port working, rather than charging me for doing the larger job of replacing the port. I so appreciate Craig's integrity - as well his friendly and courteous communication style and the fact that he drives to your home or place of business to complete needed repairs. Craig came to me to repair a cracked iPhone screen, was early for our appointment, was extremely professional, finished my phone in about 20 minutes, and even included a complimentary tempered glass screen protector (which he also installed) with the glass replacement. He also went above and beyond with his quality testing - he made sure that everything else on my phone worked properly (i.e. that the fall that cracked the screen didn't cause any other damage) before he returned it to me. When my IPad screen got cracked I thought I was going to have to get a new IPad. I looked up IPad repair in my area and found Craig's repair. I called him on a Friday and he said He would come get my IPad on Monday. He said he would bring it back on Tuesday (the next day) and at the latest, Wednesday. I had called several brick and mortar shops around the Upper Valley and none said they could repair my Samsung S9 (even Best Buy, where I bought the phone, whose geek Squad litterally told me there was "nothing they could do").
