The final day I could ship them was on a Monday. So I dropped them off the Friday before at about 5pm ish. I was told to "Just leave them on the counter." I placed them on the counter and asked for a receipt. I was told, "If you want a receipt, you can take a picture." I found this odd, but I took the picture. On Monday morning there was still no record via the Fedex tracking website. So I contacted the receiving party to inform them what was going on. Later that evening it finally showed on the Fedex tracking website. This was my second time with less than stellar customer service at this location, thus prompting this review. Their lack of communication is frustrating. Leaving $700 dollars of merchandise without getting a receipt is unacceptable. I was stuck leaving it there because of my timeframe, but I will not use this place again.

Today as I entered, there was a man sitting across the counter (yes, you read that right) reading a cutting board that the store was selling. The cashier continued to scroll through her phone. I was the only other person in the store, so there was not a line. I waited for a few minutes, and I finally interrupted the cutting board reading / cell phone scrolling to ask where to place my ready-to-go package.
