We asked for a 5 year fixed to adjustable, and we're now entering the adjustment period. Unlike the many others who used shady brokers, we're actually in better shape now that it is adjusting. Our rate will be 3.25 for the next year, then a max of 5.25 next year. (it was 5.5 during the fixed period). Obviously Gary Gellman knows how to take care of his client's best interests.
