As a matter of fact they go out if their way to make sure that whatever problem you walk in with, you dont walk out with. The crew there went out of their way to make sure I got the right part, and it was installed by 2 team members John-Michael and Erik. They had to remove my door and it took a considerable amount of time to fix the problem, they never quit and when it wasn't quite right they didnt stop until it was finished, to ensure that my children and I would be safe driving away. Not only that, but the manager Danielle checked up on the progress the whole time and offered her knowledge and support as well and checked up again on the finished product to make sure everything was done correctly and to my satisfaction. This is not the first time that I have had an experience like this at this store, there are other employees that have served me with excellence there too. Every thing done under the supervision of the manager there Danielle. This store should be recognized for its OUTSTANDIND customer service and efforts to go above and beyond to make sure their customers are safe and satisfied and feel like family. I'm in construction and have had several batteries dropped off here and simply forgot about this one. It was there for 20 days (not extremely long). I called to pick it up and apparently they can't find it and said it was probably sent to there distribution center! Really?!?! So there is someone's name labeled on a battery with their info on it and instead of calling them to let them know the battery is still there they keep it without any kind of curtesy call! I asked the manager Miguel to look up my info in the computer to show if it was dropped off (which it showed) and asked if it shows I picked it up (which it says I did not). But apparently that's not good enough. So now I am out of a battery. I will not be coming back here!
