The staff in the office also fawned over him, saying how wonderful he was even when they were working on him. They all seem to be genuinely concerned for the animals well being, and most importantly, understand that pets are not just animals!

Our buddy Boo, had seizures for 35 minutes, then convulsed for a additional 20 minutes, chocking, not able to breathe. He was brought in on Monday and buried Thursday. He could have had a peaceful end of life, instead he suffered for almost a hour, why??? Because they didn't care at all, money's more important or/and the vet just didn't care. I will never ever recommend this office.

We were fortunet to have Dr Allison Flanigan there. She took Molly right in. She took an x-ray and found she had an enlarged liver. She gave Molly IV fluids twice, a few medicines with directions on how to use them. She had us return a few times ( no charge - follow up). Molly received another session of IV fluids and began to improve. Dr Flanigan saved our Molly's life! In fact, Molly is pretty much back to normal. She's running , playing, eating, drinking and going to the bathroom! Molly will be 13 in December, so she sleeps a lot but otherwise is doing very well! Thank you Dr Flanigan ( and your kind, loving, caring staff!!) for saving our little pup! How lucky we were to have found you!

It seems like every time you go in the bill is upwards of $300 even if your dog is completely healthy. The county gives free rabies vaccines for all pets but if you missed one of those days and have to go into high peaks, the animal has to be examined by a vet which will end up costing quite a bit out of pocket. I long for the days when a visit to the vet was more about your pet than just a big money grab.

Despite being a regular client, I was told if I didnt pay the full amount RIGHT NOW I had to give back the painkillers and antibiotics they had already given me FOR MY INJURED DOG. They would rather leave the animal in pain and to get infected than accept a 50% upfront payment plan. I had to make emergency calls to have someone email transfer me money at 8 pm or they wouldnt let me leave with the medication my sick dog needed. When I called to talk to the vet about how I was treated, she told me that because some people don't pay their bills, this is now their policy. I have NEVER been treated this way at a veterinary hospital. Unbelievably RUDE and unprofessional treatment. This clinic has lost me as a client, and I'm sure will continue losing clients if it treats its customers this way.

I was concerned that my dog couldn't be seen since we are traveling here from California. Within a few minutes one of the ladies from the clinic returned my call and reassured me they could clip the dogs nails. Upon arrival the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. While waiting for the vet technician to take my dog I could see how well various staff assisted other clients. Everyone was served with kind individual care. The vet technician caring for my dog was gentle and accommodating to my dog ( who has a metal pin in one of her back legs resulting in limited wear on the nails on that paw... my dog was so comfortable after having her nails clipped she didn't try bolting out of the clinic... she calmly waited while I paid and drank water ( which the staff kindly provided to the animal waiting). Sure enough, after a few weeks I realized he had a very bad case. I live in a 2-family home and the other family was complaining because he barked and howled all day. I called the shelter very upset and tearful saying I needed to rehome this little dog. The person I talked to shamed me. She said "can't you just give him a Kong filled with treats." This statement told me she knew nothing about anxiety in dogs. When a dog has separation anxiety, their bodies are flooded with adrenaline and they are in fight/flight mode. They are having a huge panic attack that lasts till the owner comes home. I filled a Kong with chicken and when I came home 3 hours later it was still uneaten. As soon as I opened the crate he grabbed the Kong and ate. A dog with this issue is suffering, not just reacting angerly because you left him alone. Someone should teach this worker about these issues. No dog should ever have to suffer that kind of fear. I am now working with a poodle rescue to rehome this little dog whom I have come to love very much. Also, when I brought Parker (now Dash) home he had a double ear infection, tape worms, and he was chewing his scrotum and needed to wear an Elizabethan collar. This vet trip cost me $280.

Their self importance and narcissism almost made me leave. After the infections and all that stuff that dogs get from animal shelters that are poorly kept turned out to be a great dog, the only problem is they said they gave him shots I told them I need proof of the Rabies shot because I'm going into another country with the dog well that was seven months ago and I'm still waiting for it. After, I tried to call, the phone number is out of service. Too much attitude from them to ever go back or recommend them. I feel sorry for the animals there, they would probably find homes for them a lot quicker if they lost the poor attitude.
