Despite diligent work by the team member who came out to quote the work, the issue wasn't resolved upon job completion and likely never would have been given the concrete slab. Following the job completion - which was delayed due to a litany of reasons - I reached out to the advisor who quoted the work and the general manager via the company's feedback form and got no response from either.
