We added hot sauce to the ranch- I recommend. There were a few that were under-fried (don't eat the orange ones). Our server was fantastic and really on the ball. The other staff we encountered were all very friendly. The owners really need to investigate and solve the fly problem. They were everywhere (and this is inside). Chilled noodles hit a little different if you're not used to them. I would prefer them warmed but also didn't mind. But if you want a warm base, thy have grains you can choose from. The sauces are needed to tie the bowl together. Overall, I really loved the food. Some of my friends would say the bowl I made tasted "healthy" lol. And they wouldn't be wrong, but that's the point! He did offer to put in the oven which helped some. Still didn't taste good. Sitting in their dining room, they use the hallway to the restroom for storage. You felt like you were sitting in the kitchen. Overall we just didn't enjoy our meal here, we won't be returning. Its changed almost overnight like some negative vibe killer just came and sucked the fun out and ran them all off. It is weird and even though there are a couple of people left that we love, I don't expect them to stay much longer. Of course all of the regulars left as well and now it just kind of really sucks.
