Considering all things this place gets a 4 star from me. I would come back but I would have to plan to spend $75 for two for this brunch date. Let me tell you what I think. Service: is top tear. The owners are well involved and love this place. They love their customers too. Always checking on every table to make sure everything is okay. Ambiance: cute! Homey! A very clean design to the place Food: was good! But in my opinion a little pricey for what it was. All in all I would come here again.

I had gone to The Galloping Galette for dinner in Dacula, GA which was amazing, so I wanted to try their brunch at their Braselton, GA location. They did not disappoint! I took a friend after church who hadn't been and she loved it also. They were packed but we were seated in 10 minutes. I asked the co-owner, Vivian, what creamed leaks were like. She brought us a sample of it and the creamed mushrooms. They were delicious! My friend ordered the galette (buckwheat crepe) with creamed mushrooms, sausage and mozzarella called La Terroir, and I got La Jardiniere galette with ham, creamed leeks and Swiss cheese. They were out-of-this world good! This location was very nice and right in downtown Braselton and in an historic building but it was more casual, like an upgraded coffee house. Perfect for a brunch restaurant like this.

Tried a new date place with My Love tonight. Amazing service and food, with even better company. Definitely will be back.

Absolutely amazing brunch spot! The staff are friendly and helpful, with the owners walking around (or visible in the open kitchen cooking) the beautiful cafe-style restaurant. There is outdoor seating available with umbrellas. They have a few coffee options (fairly basic but topped with crème and options for flavoring), yummy brunch cocktails (espresso martini, strawberry mimosa -- both were good, but the strawberry was refreshing!), and amazing savory crepe (galettes) and sweet crepe options with a mix of crafted recipes and ample options to make your own! The restaurant is located in a row of shops which is quite charming. Perfect little outing if you go to the wineries nearby (Chateau elan is right down the road!). Will absolutely be back and recommend it highly!

Absolutely delicious. Great service, authentic crepes, perfect simple menu. Would recommend and would definitely come back for this slice of France in Georgia.

It's a pretty small restaurant but it is able to accommodate party groups in advance. The food was delicious, and it came out pretty fast. FYI this is a crepes place so everything on the menu is crepes. The staff is friendly and courteous.

What a great breakfast/brunch joint in historic downtown Braselton. A real French Creperie! We got here early on a Saturday morning. Glad we were early. By opening time the place had enough waiting to fill the place! Reservations are helpful. The service was great! The food was the star! I got the weekender (can only get on weekends as the name suggests) It was a great crepe filled with cheese and meat. The gravy on top was amazing! The potatoes had rosemary in them. They were really good too. The fruit was very finely chopped and seemed fresh. Great place for breakfast and brunch! Come try it!

I can't believe that I forgot to review TGG, nor can I believe that for as long as it's been there, that I've never gotten around to eating there til now. It was spectacular! Every single moment and bite of this place. I was thrilled to also brush up on my old high school French skills by talking to our server (older gent, TOO sweet and nice!), and the owner (?) - so chic and friendly. My girlfriend and I were seated outside on a beautiful Sunday afternoon (this area felt really busy as parking was non-existent other than the parking deck across the street) even though there was a wait for a table inside. The food was unbelievable and I could've devoured several more plates of La Paysanne. I've been raving about this place ever since I ate there and can't wait to go back again.

Amazing!! The customer service was beautiful here! The owner even walked up to us and greeted us and told us a little bit about her story and about her hometown in France. The food was delicious!! The coffee was amazing. Everything tasted so fresh! We had a great experience.

We had brunch at the Galloping Galette for Mother's Day. They accept reservations which was very helpful. They have ample space to wait inside if you are waiting on a table. We sat outside on the patio and the staff was very accommodating offering to add umbrellas to our table. We tried sweet and savory crepes. I had the La Parisienne and my wife had the Weekend special La crepe Petit-dejeuner. We also ordered a sweet crepe for the table. Everything was delicious. The owner came by and made casual conversation with us and was very pleasant. We will be back soon!

What a cool place and different in todays world! A true French owned restaurant specializing in only crepes and Galettes - sweet and Savory. Coming at lunch during the week I wanted a savory crêpe and had heard the salmon Galette was a favorite so I tried it. This was a hearty galette which was full of salmon onions, and mushrooms I think - a. wonderful dill cream sauce with side salad and fresh tomatoes . Absolutely outstanding! I loved every bite. . The sauce and a bite of the galette incorporated salmon onions and sauce and every bite. Yum!!! What a fantastic meal and actually more than I could eat but ate every bite. I saw some of the sweet crepes coming out which are huge with tons of all the good stuff you're looking for in a crêpe with fresh strawberries, Nutella, tons of fresh whipped cream, drizzled in Carmel, exquisite dishes!! I'm not sure I could actually make it through an entire sweet one but will gladly sit next to someone and eat half of one! Really nice quiet bistro atmosphere, can see end of the kitchen where all the magic is done, the staff is on point and very attentive, and the owners often come out to check on tables and assist were needed ensuring that the business is running smoothly. Very impressed will be back again and highly recommend!!!

I decided to try the salmon eggs benedict, and it was nothing short of outstanding--a beautiful fusion of flavors with perfectly poached eggs, rich hollandaise, and fresh, high-quality salmon. I also ordered mimosas made with fresh-squeezed orange juice, which added a refreshing and vibrant touch to the entire experience. What impressed me most was the attention to detail, from the presentation of the food to the overall quality of the ingredients. You can really tell they care about what they serve. It's a good spot for date night, or a special occasion, or just when you want a properly- and artfully-prepared crepe and coffee. Their new location in Dacula is a bit further from home for me, but it is worth the drive - and longer. They have an expanded menu featuring a variety of French classics. They still do offer galette and crepe menu items. This new location also features bar service, and their menu has a short list of specialty cocktails and TGG versions of standard mixes. Amuse Bouche: a fresh watermelon gazpacho (served in a shooter) with a tiny crispy wafer topped with Gruyère and apple preserve. Wild! I ordered the Boeuf Bourguignon. One of our party ordered the Sea Bass and another went light and ordered a selection of appetizers. They reported excellent preparation and flavors. Mine was extremely well prepared, rich and full flavored. The dishes were presented like works of art. It was the luck of the day that beams of setting sunlight shone through the curtains and illuminated our meals just as they were placed on the table. The spiraled lemon on the crab cake caught sun like a stained glass window. The beef arrangement on my side looked like a tiny forest, with tender boulders of mushrooms and meat, fallen trees of carrots, a little shrub of Swiss chard, and a sapling sprig of fresh rosemary. But for real - artistic musings aside, this was some damn good food. I thoroughly enjoyed the main course, and of course, I had to get a crepe for dessert. Tout de Chocolat was such a perfect finish, with freshly toasted almonds and warm buttery caramel to offset wave after wave of chocolate flavors. I always love the atmosphere they create. The owner was in the house and she is always such a delight to encounter. The Galloping Galette should be on your short list for great restaurant experiences in Gwinnett County.

I love carbs and having these thin pancakes stuffed with deliciousness means I don't have to worry too much about the calories. So of course, when I came across Julianna's, I had to check it out! The restaurant blended in so well with the surrounding homes that I almost didn't realize it's a diner. The interior is very humble, with bare walls, a bench, and three small tables. There are a couple of additional tables outside, as well. Next to the cash register, you can see the cooks flipping crepes. I normally select sweet crepes, but I've been on a healthy journey lately. Therefore, I ordered a Turkey Veggie, which included Dekalb Farmer's Market Cajun Smoked Turkey, Red Bell Pepper Puree Goat Cheese Spread, and Fresh Pesto. I paired that with a Mocha. My favorite part about the entree was the Cajun Smoked Turkey and Fresh Pesto, which had a good balance of salt, basil, and garlic. The turkey was one of the best ones I've had in Atlanta. Unfortunately, there was barely any Red Bell Pepper Puree Goat Cheese. The crepe was also a bit thicker than what I'm used to, and some parts of it were so tough that my plastic knife couldn't cut through it. I was able to finish the turkey without most of the crepe and sadly, I threw out the rest of the entree. My Mocha was bitter, but maybe that's a good thing since I'm eating healthier these days. Staff was friendly and the menu had various options, so I would definitely give Julianna's another try!
