For more than thirty years I've been playing table tennis as a recreational sport, and I'm quite good at it, even if I have to say so myself.
The problem with being a) Good and b) Competitive; is that you want to test yourself against people who know what they're doing, as opposed to playing with you six year old niece. Okay, she beats me, but I swear it's because I let her.
