Considering we've never lived in a home with oil heat before, they even took me through the step by step process, and gave me a recommendation for another company (Equally as awesome) to come and re-prime our furnace. I like this gas station because it is easy to get into and out of. I always come here whenever I…read moreneed to fill up my tires with air, because they have a nice machine that auto-calibrates to fill your tires with 32 psi. It costs $1 to have this convenience, but to me, it's worth it to have the machine do it for me instead of trying to run around with the pressure thing and unevenly fill up my tires with air in subzero temperatures (tires always pick the coldest day...). If you're good at the whole tire thing, you can get free air by asking inside for them to turn it on for you.

The price is a few cents higher than the next nearest E-M station to me because this one is right at the end of the exit from I-91. This place, like most filling stations, charges 10 cents more per gallon for credit than if you pay cash. Kinda' like penalizing your most consistent customers. What's THAT about? The next nearest one charges the same price whether you pay cash or credit........ HMMMMMM... Maybe I'll start driving the extra 1-1/2 miles to Cheshire Mobil instead....

When I asked Alltown they said the person Cleaning could be on the other side. Meanwhile everybody's using napkins as toilet paper. No one here except any responsibility. There's no solution for the customer as they are waiting for someone to come and clean the place. Apparently no one else can pick up a broomor a little sweeper or supply some toilet paper. Total dependence on the cleaner man that may not even be on the clock. I have never seen this place so dirty and I stopped by all the time. Supervisor need to check on them.

Even though we have an old clunker, Franks still gave us good service (which is how it should be but often is not). Glad we've connected with a trustworthy and reasonable mechanic nearby. In finding Frank, we also decided to fill up at the station (Shell) and now won't be going anywhere else b/c they pump the gas (what a luxury for the winter!) and the prices are the same as other nearby stations.
