Passed through on Labor Day when everything else around was closed. I thought this was a gas station until I walked inside and... it's just so nice and clean and attractive. We got hot sandwiches and sat at a couple of the tables as our kids roamed a bit (tried to ransack the place...) and the staff were so pleasant and helpful.if every gas station could be like this... but they're not so if you're out driving in the area and you need a place to stop and eat that still has gas and drinks and snacks, but also hot food, put this on your list! read more

My keys got locked in my car at one of their gas stations and the cashier wouldn't even allow me to use their phone because it's not their policy to do so . That's a very inhumane thing to do because it was cold outside and I had to walk to Home Depot, which is down the street to get a phone to call 911. Please think about your policy and please think about how you treat people. I don't think I ever want to use a gas station ever again. They didn't even offer to call 911 for me which the fire department actually came and helped me out. I really think your service sucks train your people better there was one girl who was nice in the front, but she went in the back and then I got a very bitchy person. read more

I have come to adore this trendy little spot. Alltown has fresh fruit, smoothies, to-go meals, and all the other wonderful stuff associated with a high-end gas station. The minute I walked in, I was overjoyed with how clean and well-put the store is. This establishment displayed beautiful hardwood floors. I ordered the green smoothie, which tasted fresh and full of delicious veggies. Service is prompt at the register. However, the server took quite a few extra minutes to stand instead of making the smoothie. read more

The breakfast burrito is not merely the best breakfast burrito in Connecticut. It beats every breakfast burrito I ate in 10 years in Arizona, plus multiple visits to other parts of the southwest. It is the breakfast burrito that other breakfast burritos look upon with such despair that they unroll their tortillas and weep tears of salsa. It's huge and it's under $6. The coffee offerings include fair trade. Coffee is, overall, on a completely other level than typical c-store coffee programs. This is easily the snazziest c-store I've ever been to and it fulfills what I believe is the ultimate mission of a c-store, which is that when you stop for you gas and coffee, and you remember you need an onion, it'll sell you an onion. Gas is about on par with local average. It's not the cheapest, but it's not the most expensive I've seen around. The filling-up space is generous and easy to maneuver in, and there's plenty of parking for the store itself. read more

My fiancee and I stopped there last night and immediately were greeted by an employee offering to help us. Usually I don't like that, but she was knowledgeable, and didn't hound us. First off I noticed that it was one of the cleanest stores I had ever been in. While my fiancee was looking around, I used the men's room, and again, one of the cleanest I have EVER seen. Autumn (the employee) was the best. She was so helpful, going out of her way to explain all the items, and offering advice as to what she thought we'd like. To top it off, the food was great, so fresh and tasty.... Plus EVERYTHING was organic. They're open 24/7, which is great because I work late hours, and my girl works early mornings. We just moved to the area, so we will be regulars. As a matter of fact, we're on our way there right now for curbside pickup. My fiancee and I highly recommend this place. (They even have blunt wraps, cigarettes, etc. so it's not ONLY a health store) and EVERYTHING is made THAT morning! Edit: I've got to add Asia, so sweet and helpful. Trent the cook is on point, and Tia helped us get everything we needed. The asst. manager , Tim, was really helpful and keeps a great staff. Needless to say, we'll be there again soon. read more

Only good things to say about store and station and staff. However on Sunday morning, April 30, 2023 when finished getting gas and back in car was approached by a man who said, quickly, he needed money to get home. I decided to give him $5 although I knew it was likely he was panhandling. I handed him a bill and he bent down quickly and got up and said didn't I give him two bills and he dropped one. I said, no. He then folded the bill I gave him and put it in his pocket. No "thank you". I decided to slowly pull out of my park spot and follow him. He walked circling around and stopped at another car. When I got home, I called Alltown and told person about this. She immediately said he is a "repeat offender" and shows up there often, thanked me, and said they would go outside and ask him to leave. If you are reading this and he appears at your car door when you are getting gas, you may be able to decide what to do. He may be on hard times but he also may be supplementing his "income." You may wish to notify folks inside the store. read more

For what it is - gas station/convenience store/deli/gourmet-ish market, this place is unique and one of a kind around here. Ingredients of deli items are truly fresh, and priced very fairly. TALK ABOUT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, READ THIS!! I would leave a zero star if possible, but the lowest I could go is a 1 star On Saturday, April 3, I pre-paid for $18.00 of gasoline on pump # 7. When I went outside , I realized I was actually at pump number #5 and immediately informed the cashier, who was Sam Sam was NOT doing her job properly and did NOTHING to stop the other person stealing my gasoline Someone else literally pumped my gasoline, and left immediately. I simply asked Sam to either give me my money back, or let me pump the gasoline on # 5 instead. Sam did nothing to address the situation, and offered no reimbursement. She even walked away from me while I was in the middle of talking to her and was more interested in her drawer being short $18.00 The next day, I contacted the manager, Rocky, who also also refused to simply give me my money back. I said she should immediately give me my my money back, and then go after the person who stole my gasoline, given all the cameras they have Both of the employees did NOTHING to help me out, and offered ZERO assistance I told Rocky I would leave a negative feedback because of this, She said for me to do what I have to do.
