This place deserves zero stars. You walk in and won't be acknowledged. They won't offer help and will watch you like you're a criminal. Lady behind the counter kept leaning over as I walked down the aisle watching me as if I were gonna steal something. As a Hispanic male , I've never felt so discriminated in my life. I've had my share of racist people but these people really made it clear of who and what they are. Five workers in there and not one person greeted me or asked if I needed any help with anything. If you're gonna stand there and watch potential customers , don't make it so obvious next time. First time there and definitely my last. Many other places where my money is welcomed !!! read more

North Haven Residents Hold On To Your Wallets!!!! OK selection BUT this store likes to price gouge. Sam Adams Utopias was $20 higher than EVERYONE ELSE because, "I get less of them". (I found a shop who got one bottle and charged the same as everyone else.) Pappy Van Winkle Lot B has an MSRP of $69.99. I get it is rare, I would expect a decent markup, but when you are asking $700, that is a bit outrageous. If you check their website you can see the MSRP. When questioned about the exorbitant prices, the owner said he prices bottles on how many he gets, not what the price should be. There are other stores in the area with much better selection and better prices. read more

If I could give this establishment no stars, I would. The owner was completely rude to me. I was looking up an alcohol on my phone to see what the bottle looked like. He approached me and told me that I can't take pictures of the bottles. When I told him I was looking up what a bottle looks like he told me "no, you would have asked me for help if you were doing that". He said he was watching me on the security cameras like I was some kind of criminal. By now I was totally confused. When I tried again to explain that I really was looking up an alcohol he refused to listen,said "either buy or get out" and walked away. Why would I buy from him after that treatment? I left (of course), but not before letting him know that I would tell everyone what "great" service I got from him. Hope he's not in business much longer if that's how he treats customers. read more

My boyfriend and I were in there with drink recipes in hand trying to figure out how much of each alcohol we needed to make specific jello shots and when we walked up to pay for what we were getting the man behind the counter started giving me an attitude and made me show him my purse and told us we were stealing. I did not buy what I needed form there and will never shop there again. He was incredibly rude from the start and treated us like criminals even though we didn't steal anything. read more
