In the time between the right and left eye surgeries I really had a chance to see what it was all about. Putting drops in my eyes and looking at our really white ceiling in our house the ceiling was really white, closing that eye and looking only through the left, everything looked as though I was seeing through a glass of really dark bourbon. Walking out side I was really seeing the difference in the color of the flowers. What a treat, I can ever read without glasses, and can pass the drivers test as not needing glasses. Thank you so much, this will be my go to for all my vision needs.

The doctor talked about her staff horribly off and on during our visits. 2. Constant turn over for staff which made consecutive visits to pick up frames confusing. 3. Billing was egregious. First time paid the bill, was called a few days later due to a mistake to pay more. Then, I needed a specific exam, which I specifically asked if it was covered, I was advised yes, and then she tells us after the exam it was not covered. She has changed our bill 3 times, each time to ask for more money. 4. Terrible customer service, it almost seems fraudulent the processes they have. 5. Spoke in detail about other clients. I would steer clear.

Weird...I paid them TWICE...they also don't have a patient portal or anything for me to check my statements, previously paid bills, and view unpaid balances, etc...extremely inconvenient but whatever. Honestly, I forgot about the late fee...my mistake; I take full accountability for it. Then in June, I received a notice (to an address I hadn't lived at for 6 months, yes I submitted a Change of Address and mail forwarding to USPS) about an unpaid balance and that they're sending me to collections?!?! Convenient that they don't have a patient portal for me to check right? I check my bank statements and yup, the payments went through, so I call their office 11 TIMES and can't get ahold of anyone! I drive to the office and sit outside for 15 minutes until I finally see Dr. Cooke, in between patients. Before I can even explain the situation, she quickly tells me to leave them another voicemail and then closes and locks the door on me! I would've happily waited until she had a free moment to speak with me or allowed me to speak with another employee (which she doesn't have as it turns out, hm, I wonder why), but she didn't give me the time of day. When she finally emailed me back, she was very rude and accused me of things which were not true (which she would've known had I gotten the chance to explain). Will NOT be returning.

Great St. Joe River guides! Worth every penny…read more Easy reservation and instructions pre-trip. Our guides, Tyler and Patrick, were awesome. They did a great job and teaching us to fly fish from their small boats that put you on the fish. They know all of the spots and go back and forth in these areas to make sure you land fish. All the while, untying our knots and helping to get us unstuck from rocks and logs. Nice, chicken salad lunch along a nice shoreline with lots of beverages throughout the day, with various beers to make the experience that much better. Planning on returning and wouldn't use anyone else.

I've been going to Alpine Vision Center for several years now. At a visit a couple of years ago,…read moremy prescription had changed somewhat, so I got new lenses, but they never felt quite right, even though they did help me see things at a distance more clearly. Flash forward to an appointment I just had today. I told the doctor about the issue with my glasses and how it took me forever to adjust to the new lenses and that they still didn't feel like they were exactly what I needed. She worked with me to find a more "natural feeling" prescription that still provided the correction that I needed, one that was just ever-so-slightly different from my existing one, and on top of that, she had the lenses made on the spot at no charge other than the regular exam fee! As soon as I put my glasses back on with the new lenses, I could tell the difference. They are perfect now. It really says a lot about a business when they go above and beyond like that to make sure you are 100% satisfied - even with regard to something that happened over two years ago! I cannot recommend Alpine Vision Center highly enough. I will never go anywhere else.
