Everyone who works at Eastlake knows what they're talking about and are willing to take the time out of their day to answer questions for your project. Every time I need it my lawn mower or snow blower repaired I would drop it off to them knowing it was coming back in working condition. The staff would also tell you what was wrong with it for your own knowledge. I couldn't see going anywhere else for my rental or my repair needs.

They are good to deal with but you need to be prepared for stuff to break down. Recalling my rentals over the years, I would say that there is a 60% chance that the maintenance issues made things take longer than they should. I am no master mechanic, but I am pretty handy and resourceful. I can usually make the repairs or figure out how to get around the problems. It usually ends with an apology and a discount on the rental. I have rented from places worse than this.

They were supposed to deliver the chairs to our place of business during working hours. Most of the chairs have rust on them, all of the chairs were filthy....gross with many still having dried food on the them....several of the chairs are broken!!!! Unfortunately I wasn't near home and had my helper and a commitment to do the job so I rented it. get to the job and within 30 seconds of use blades fall off and smoke from belt. had to return 20 min each way to get another. Anyway, very sneaky, deceptive and rented me a piece of garbage. Their sales rep Jason was 100% knowledgeable and followed up with every email in a very timely manner. Their prices are very reasonable and even when they didn't have a piece I needed in at that time they found one and got it to the location right away for me. I would certainly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in the future!
