I've been attending NJV for two years. I look forward to going each week. I definitely feel a peace of worship here & as someone that attended or visited many churches, I really love it. I saw a couple of the negative reviews & wanted to say that no church is perfect. There are some challenges, like everywhere else but it is a place where they are aware of it. Yes, fellowship is a bit hard to do on Sundays but it doesn't mean there isn't any at all. I've made some friends there & participate in some of the functions. It's really a matter of people finding people. Pastors Phil & Mike T, are two who engage with people in the lobby. Others are not as outgoing but definitely approachable, kind & friendly. If you're looking for a reason to not go to this church, 100% you will find it but if you really want to find a church to attend, you'll find it at NJV. It was different than all the other churches I attended but I really love it there. read more

This church is amazing. Been going here for 4 years now, I've grown so much here at this church.

My family and I have been going to NJV since 2001. We love this church and are so grateful to call this our home church because you can really feel the presence of God here. Pastor Phil Chorlian and all of the dedicated staff of the church are genuine Christians with a real heart for serving Jesus. The congregation is the most diverse group of people from all social, racial and economic groups. We have members who attend from a local shelter to teachers and doctors and even a real honest to goodness rocket scientist. The children's ministry is top notch. I recommend bringing your whole family and experience the Holy Spirit in North Jersey. read more

If you are new in the area, or are looking for a home church, visit the North Jersey Vineyard for a Sunday morning or Saturday night service​. You will be greeted very simply with a hello and then you will not be made to feel uncomfortable. The people are friendly and sincere, but if you rather be left alone or only focus on talking with someone you came with, or on worship you can. The messages are very engaging and helpful as they link the Bible to real life and are so encouraging. The church just moved to a new location and while the current setup for services is temporary, it is very well done. I can only imagine what the church will look like when all they are fully settled in. The best is yet to come. read more

went here for about 9 months. main pastor is a real faker, with lots of flaws .. should have pursued his original callings as an actor, it's what he's good at. many cliques and you won't be included. a church of great inner separation. kinda stuck in the sixties. read more

This church is good. Not all are where they should or could be in there walk with Christ. But..I am still growing too.Fellowship needs to be more centered on testimonies and praising God for what He has done previous week.. or what He is doing in each of our lives at the moment. We all should be growing everyday much closer than we were in our prior week. There are still people who need to outgrow high school because it is church and we are all on the same page..Children of the Great I AM. read more
