In the end, I was charged $450 to install five shingles--most of which I provided myself. I found the communication unclear, the pricing excessive, and the justification for the added charges inconsistent. I hope this review encourages more transparency and fairness in the future.

After consultation with his "Operation Head" we went to FULL roof replacement, gutters, soffit/fascia and a $18,000 dollar price tag. I inquired if we could just do the immediate repairs of fascia/soffit and gutters. Again after speaking to the "Operation Head" we were told no. We either had to do it all or nothing from this company. So advertisement of them doing REPAIR is false they will say the cant guarantee their work unless they do everything.
