Our thermostat unit, which is covered under a 5 year warranty through Honeywell, has now stopped working. We contacted Bell and they refused to issue a warranty claim unless we paid them a fee to come and inspect the unit. Their fee is more than the price of the thermostat! This company cares more about their bottom line than customer satisfaction and does not stand behind their work.
