I would like to share my complete dissatisfaction with this so called, FRUITLESS Music Centre run by a bunch of TIME WASTERS! I received a Drum Tutor job offer from their manager by email, I demonstrated huge interest in the role and booked an interview. I received an email back saying the interview time and date was confirmed and that a Zoom link would be sent prior to the scheduled time. I took half a day off from work to be at my home music studio, as the environment and scenery at my place of employment was not appropriate nor professional for the interview. The time of the interview struck the clock, no zoom link received nor any form of contact with an update. I waited for 15 mins for something to come through but there was no sign, which then lead me to phoning the centre, only to be told that the manager was busy and unavailable to get hold of but I would get a call back. Over an hour later and still no clarity or communication about what was going on, i called in again and was given the same answer as previously. I waited another hour (2 HOURS IN TOTAL) and ultimately gave up thinking that the interview was not happening. I was absolutely flabbergasted because never have I ever been stood up for an interview. NEARLY 1 MONTH LATER and I still did not get any clarification as to why the interview did not take place. I got in touch with the centre this week to express my poor experience with their service and asked for the manager who apparently is never around in the centre! I asked their colleague to pass my phone number onto them and to call me immediately. All I got was a lengthy, apologetic, dismissive and slightly arrogant email from the manager (even though I asked for a phone call) claiming that there was an issue with the delivery of the update email stating that the interview had been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, which doesn't add up as all of their other emails sent to me were received and only implies further incompetence of this establishment. Even though if there's an emergency and plans have to be changed, everyone involved must be informed regardless as time is highly valuable and due to losing half a day of work I am now left out of pocket. I have asked them kindly for compensation from losing income due to their poor communication skills, as expected they've rejected my request and also given the job to another applicant which I feel is totally unfair, as I had no opportunity to introduce myself and potentially become a part of the centre's team. Looking back at this, it seems a bullet has been dodged and I urge any applicant who reads this review to avoid this UNRELIABLE, and UNPROFESSIONAL music centre for the sake of their TIME! read more

Bought a piano stool here with advice from a salesperson. When I got it home and assembled it it turned out to be too high (way higher than a regular piano stool), and quite rickety. Took it straight back, but they refused to change it or provide a refund, as they only change faulty items, and in their opinion it wasn't faulty. Absolutely appalled by the bad customer service and the cowboy attitude. Once they have your money they couldn't care less about you. The item was still wrapped as new, and most stores would have offered a refund in this circumstance just because I'd changed my mind, let alone because the item was not fit for the purpose. I have recently bought a Kix Drum Kit 5 Piece for Beginners and I am extremely happy with the advices and help that the staff gave me.

Please dont give these people your money. Any organisation that favours money over customer service is a bad organisation. The workers are lazy and rude.then you meet the manager, and you realise where they get it from. As soon as you buy an item they literally wash their hand of you, as the money has been handed over. Music instruments are so expensive so my advice, you need to know that you will be looked after should something go wrong or anything, with the product that you buy.dont bother stopping here.please read more
