Evaluated the issue in the morning, had it narrowed down by lunch, and had the new part installed and tested by the afternoon (same day). Other garages seem to work on the theory that they will get your car, when they get to it. That wasn't my experience at all with Papa's garage.

Bove has been super busy, but they still got me in within a week. They actually have a drop box, but since I got there right before they closed, they went ahead and put my van in the gated area for me. The next day was the repair. They diagnosed the issue quickly and still took the time to check everything else. Turned out it was a heater hose (which is pretty common in my vehicle). They had to order the part and do an oil change, but everything was done by 8 a.m. the next morning! I'm more than satisfied. Oh--and when you get your oil changed there, they give you 6 months of roadside assistance! How cool is that? The customer service is amazing--everyone's all smiles, and they don't rush you out the door. They're happy to chat or explain what's going on with your car. Amazing core values and great prices! . Very knowledgeable, nice, and easy to talk to staff that made a crummy situation way better. Great documentation with excellent communication and a very fast turnaround to top it off. they stayed late and had it all done very quickly for something so short notice. They even took a very noticeable collision dent out of my front bumper free of charge! I'm not saying expect free repairs, but they're great people who get the job done right. We were referred to this place by a friend who told us of their phenomenal work and and even more phenomenal prices. We needed our front brakes done. We dropped off the car in the morning and they called us around two o'clock to tell us it was ready. I had forgotten to tell them I needed a tire plugged. When we got there they hadn't finished the plugging work because the guy I talked to on the phone was out to lunch. But the man we talked to said no problem he would do it for us. Fifteen minutes later I have a plugged tire and he DID NOT CHARGE me. Excellent, very excellent. All-in-all our tire expenditures were around $105. Not bad. Not bad at all. I will definitely be bringing my car here in the future. I would have been hesitant to come if it had not been recommended here by a trusted friend. It doesn't look like much on the outside but don't be fooled or judge too quickly. You will surely have quality work.
