I have never in my life been treated as horribly as they BOTH treated me. When Cambareri was extremely rude on a video call I ended the call in tears. They then called me to (in my opinion) try to make it right and booked me with Bresnahan the following morning, this interaction was just as bad if not worse. Again I left crying. I put my review online & Bresnahan saw it and called me his message demanded that I call him or basically I am booted. I started out with Holly Fike who is amazing and caring, she happened to be on vacay which is why I had to see someone else. BIGGEST regret of my life. You ask questions they are just rude about it and don't really want to answer anything . My last straw would this company was about a month ago when I went in there for a headache and they ended up sending me a pretty hefty bill and I was only in there for 2 minutes . Every time I tried to ask the provider any questions she was just rude she didn't want to help me she just cut me off I basically got frustrated I said so I guess you're basically not going to help me and I just left very frustrated with the same condition that I went in there with . I would seriously think long and hard about going to this establishment. The type of care do you get here is not very good . They really need to work on not only their customer service skills and how they treat people but how they care for people as well and hopefully give people care in the future.

The providers are nice but the receptionist is not kind at all which should be a qualification for working in a pediatrician office. Also some extremely rude front desk personnel that are not fit to be working with the public. Poor communication when trying to get a message to dr through either of these sources. I am thinking they may not be hired through the physicians but perhaps through another source because I cannot imagine anyone keeping poor employees like this. The nurse on the phone was very rude and they were very unhelpful.
