Every time I tried to ask the provider any questions she was just rude she didn't want to help me she just cut me off I basically got frustrated I said so I guess you're basically not going to help me and I just left very frustrated with the same condition that I went in there with . I would seriously think long and hard about going to this establishment. The type of care do you get here is not very good . I was upset when I realized this. Dr. Federico stated he didn't know why she put me on it because my thyroid was just a bit off. It is now better via changing my diet. I haven't had any issues with him. He doesn't pressure you to take an rx. I don't want to find myself on six rxs, so he honors that. The staff in the office are great too. I usually don't have to wait long once I'm there. The only issue is they don't have enough staff to answer the phones, so you won't likely get a person on the phone. You have to leave a message. I'm assuming because their costs are lower they can't afford to have the additional reception staff to handle the phones. I just go in person and make my next appointment while I'm there. I'm not a sickly person who has to run to the doctor often, so Compassionate Care works good for me. Having Saturday hours is a major plus. I will continue to keep going.

My NP had no interest in answering any questions, prescribed me 2 things, told me go to PT and was on her way (PT appt's were another 3 week wait). I needed to call the offices as I had some complications in days moving forward and was abruptly told "go to the ER" and hung up on. When I switched providers, although I signed a consent form SOS refused to send any of my imaging to the new provider, and insisted I go to any of their offices and have them burn me a copy for $5. I'm sure the doctors are capable, and not all results are typical for everyone. However I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you've got an issue. The lack of professionalism and general care was abysmal.

When I went to see Dr. Freddie Edelman, he knew immediately what the problem was and arranged surgery. His office was very helpful in getting the surgery scheduled as soon as possible and took care of everything with my insurance. After the surgery he was available to answer all of my questions and closely monitored my recovery. My foot healed successfully and is much better now.
