They helped me fill out paperwork online, so I didn't have that typical doctor's office clipboard of paperwork to fill out. They mailed me a prep work sheet to make sure I was ready to the tests, etc. The bottom line is that they are with you every step of the way to make sure you are well-prepared. Once at the center for my tests, they were very professional and had great bedside manners, even though they crank through tons of patients per day - they still made me feel important and was a person, not just another patient.

The office is beautiful. Design wise. The exam rooms are clean and well decorated as well as the waiting room with the eye catching lighting, dwell magazines and beverage station. The front desk staff was caring and helpful. I like that they give you a reminder call, send you out your forms prior which is very efficient and seems to take a genuine interest in their clientele. My nursing assistant was excellent. So caring and personable. It felt like dealing with a friend versus a rushed nurse, MA wanting to get you in and out. She told me I would like my provider and I did. My Dr- Sweet as can be! So knowledgeable, gentle and compassionate. He answered many of my questions and confirmed that they were good questions. He had a wonderful demeanor. I didn't feel as though I was being rushed through. Visit to the lab was quick and easy. On the wall it said, "Did we exceed your expectations". Clearly the answer is Yes. I have worked in several facets of health care and am still pleasantly surprised when I'm on the patient end of it. My son had been ill for several months when we decided to enlist this clinic. After an office visit, we spent the day in the Children's Hospital ER for a day because of test the doctor had ordered. She never followed up with us. When I called her nurse was extremely rude. Another doctor then presribed some tests -- still no follow-up. We had to call the clinic. After this dragged on for a month and a half and my son's symptoms worsened we booked a second opinion at the Mayo Clinic. Upon mentioning we were getting a second opinion at the Mayo Clinic -- SHE WALKED OUT ON US, in front of my nine year old son! AND we were chardged for her negligence.
