The pastor spoke for 45 minutes and for 30 of those minutes he spoke about himself and how he didn't pray. I'm looking for an uplifting positive sermon and not about the pastor. I have never left a church service feeling so down and disillusioned. I will not set foot in that facility again. Also if they would take the money given and use it for good purposes instead of spending it on audio visual equipment the community would be better off. Maybe the pastor likes his face on a big screen. Don't go!

My 5 & 7 year olds always come home with new knowledge about their faith. The adult service is current and applies to today's life. The pastor is a regular, down to earth guy. I feel so welcome. I'm covered in tattoos and I do not feel judged in the slightest. I grew up in a very formal church setting and it was always distant feeling but when I come here, the messages are always so clear and precise and feel so personal. I adore coming here. There were periods of time when we did not go to church at all until rediscovering this one. The people are warm and friendly. The pastor is great! I do not day dream during his sermons! The music is beautifully traditional. The choir director has a golden voice. He is opera-trained. People often clap after listening to the choir sing. The passing of the peace is a meaningful event. (It is sometimes difficult trying to get everyone back in their pews!) There is something for everyone at this church ranging from youth activities, women 's and men's Bible studies, and adult Sunday School. We even have bagpipers from time to time! The love of Jesus flows throughout this congregation. I return home feeling as though I benefitted immensely from being there. Thank you, Presbyterian Church of Broomfield!
