This place is horrible. Sent two bills with the website to pay. I paid them. Now continuing to get letters from a collection agency. When I try to call them to clear it up I always get the automated crap. Left repeated voicemails with every possible thing they would need to clear it up and cannot get a return call. Reading all the reviews, I see this has been a problem for many people and going on for a while. Really shouldn't surprise us that North Gwinnet hospital system has went to crap. read more

I feel this place might be a scam. Why should anyone pay a bill without proof? It may be an inside job but surely the Fair Credit Reporting Act should be enacted to protect consumers. I would get a lawyer after reading these similar reviews. I called my insurance company and checked with the hospital. No such bill. I would call an attorney before paying anything. I think there may be medical fraud involved. Shame on you for taking advantage of people! There should be an investigation opened. read more

A collection agency sent me a letter for NMR. The only problem is I never received a bill from NMR. I spoke with someone at the collection agency and that person told me they would send me an itemized bill of the services I received. My only question was why didn't NMR send me a bill and give me the opportunity not to pay before sending it to a collection agency!!! read more

If I had a choice to go somewhere else I would, unfortunately this is the company that our local hospital has chosen to use. Avoid if possible. read more

When I first received the bill, I called to provide my insurance information and logged onto their system to do whatever they asked me to facilitate the insurance claim process. I also talked to my insurance company and was told that those items would be covered. However, as everyone else who provided reviews of this place, they instead sent the bills to a collection agency, who kept sending harassing and threatening letters. I even called the collection agency to explain the situation and was rudely yelled at! read more

Dr. Robinson from this group was competent and efficient in diagnosing my wife's cancer. However, the same can not be said for their Business office. They sent one bill 2 weeks after the diagnosis while my wife was in the hospital for the 1st of 3 cancer surgeries. They then sent a final demand letter 12 weeks later threatening collections without a return call within 7 days. The call was made on the following Monday and the representative (claiming to be head of the billing office) said that since I called and would send in the first of 3 payments within two weeks that would be fine. Prior to the two week window being over we were turned over to collection on a bill that I was going to pay in full over the next 4 weeks. This practice does not honor payment agreements so GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. They do lie. read more

Their billing services are terrible and so is their customer service. It is obviously out-sourced and their vendor stinks. I have tried phone, fax and written email and still can't resolve the billing issue which it their mistake. I now know why they have an option on their phone system to select if you are a lawyer calling. That will be my next step. read more
