This clinic is the worst place I've ever had to deal with for medical care. The staff is the most incompetent group of people on all levels that I've ever dealt with in person and when calling. My primary care physician of 25 years retired on 1/1/2025 and my medical records and care was transferred to this awful place. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after getting off to such a bad start, I don't trust them to handle my health care. They can't answer simple questions, can't complete forms correctly or completely, don't return calls as promised and don't follow through with anything they say. They are rude in person and on the phone. I'm currently looking for a new PCP. Zero star rating on all levels for the Georgia Clinic. If you value your health, avoid this place at all cost. read more

Referral lady is really rude and has an attitude. Her name is Alma. One time she answered the phone and pretended that the "lady who does the referrals" wasn't there. Today she just hung up on me when I was asking her a question about a referral. She's always nice to my husband but to me she is so rude. read more

I booked an appointment and the guy I spoke with confirmed my child dob and I even received a call to confirm the appointment but when I showed up I was denied because of my child age. This was a huge convenience considering I had to leave work to make it there. The receptionists and doctor were unbothered by my frustration. Very unprofessional. I was told to come into the office for a walk in visit. My insurance called the office and asked them about care. They were told I should arrive anytime after 5:30PM for a walk-in visit. That sounded funny so I decided to call them myself and the lady I spoke to confirmed. I got my daughter to come take me there. Upon getting there I was told that would not see me and that they didn't take walk-in after 5:30PM I explained what my insurance and I were told. The front desk girl said I was given the wrong information. She didn't bother to check if I could be see and was quite rude. i give the place minus 5 stars. this is the most unprofessional place i have ever been to. the place is dirty. ran into 3 different spider webbs in the waiting area. its dark and dingy, dirty and the staff is very rude and have bad attitudes. went there for gout in my foot. (was in a lot of pain) saw the nurse practitioner instead of a doctor. he said i proberly did not have gout and wanted to do a xray and would not talk to me about gout treatment or anything else untill he looked at the xrays. he gave me a shot of mixed steroids (which did not do anything to help!!) and said to call them back in 2 days for the results of the xrays. waited 2 days while still in pain and not able to walk good due to the pain. when i called back i had to leave my name & number for them to call me back. about 2 hours later a girl called me back and said the xrays were normal. i ask her when someone would call me back to see what they needed to do for my issue. she said someone would call me back. i waited 2 hours and no one had called me. so i called them again and was told the nurse practitioner was off and they would have the doctor call me. she did not return my call that day. so i waited till 11:00 the next morning and still no one called me so i called them again and the person that answered the phone was very rude and stated the dorctor tried to call me but i did not answer the phone. i checked my phone and did not have any calls from them. i would not recommend this place to anybody. all thier about is collecting your money and not helping you. stay away from this place it sux!!!! worst doctors office i have ever been to. stay away!!!!!!!! only gave 1 star so this would post. read more

My first time here I saw a nurse practitioner, even though i made an appointment with a doctor. The NP was rude and argumentative. I moved from another state and needed referrals for conditions managed by my previous doctors. Despite having bloodwork, paperwork, and notes from those doctors, she argued with me on every referral. I didn't ask for prescriptions, just referrals. She fought me on a gynecologist referral. Seriously??The second visit she wasn't as rude, but she ran unnecessary blood work and i had to pay for it. I pay close attention to the blood work because I have tests done regularly. Im actually writing this from the exam room on my third visit and I'm approaching two hours of waiting. I made an appointment yesterday to avoid waiting. They've taken patients in before me, even those who came after me. Once I asked the front desk how much longer, the exam room magically opened up. Some of the staff is short with you, too. This is a ridiculous place to go and don't waste your time. read more

If I could give less than one star, I would. It took them over a month to get a prior authorization, took weeks to get a prescription (which was called in for the wrong quantity), and the office manager is rude and neglected to return any phone calls regarding the issues. Also, the waiting area was hot which is not good for sick people. Germs multiply fast in the heat. I would recommend going elsewhere for proper patient care. read more

Pros: Comfortable chairs in the waiting room. Con's: Had a 10am appointment for a regular check up. Sat around until noon until I said fuck it and left. Unless sitting around in a waiting room is your thing I'd go somewhere else. read more

My name is Michael davis. I went to the clinic to establish a new primary provider since mine passed away. I had great experiences before, but that was years ago. I saw a middle age doctor with blond hair. I forgot her name. But she was older blond and very unprofessional and rude.I came in for anxiety bc I was going to Florida to help out the hurricane. I don't do well on planes I also requested ADHD medicine which I have been diagnosed with since I was a kid. She wouldn't prescribe it. I tried to talk to her about changing medicines but she kept saying no and shrugged it off! Everything was no. And she didn't do a workup. As a technical new patient a workup should be done. It wasn't. Clearly rules don't matter there I told her I needed those meds to concentrate and be normal and to get back to helping.And she said well I guess you are not going to be doing that! What doctor says that?!?!?! I tried to talk to her again in the room when she returned. And asked if I could speak to her. She complied. After me talking for not even 10 seconds, she walked away and said whatever bye, While I was in mid sentence. That was extremely unprofessional. She also did not even touch me. She didn't do her job. For all I know, I could have cancer and wouldn't know bc she did not want to do her job correctly. She didn't follow protocol. And is a liability issue. She's gonna kill someone one day bc she wasn't through. They never even asked about my history! She has lost touch. She lost sight of her oath "do no harm""She obviously hates her job or life and takes it out on the patients or maybe she is just plain lazy. I just came in for nausea meds and ADHD medicine. That's all I really needed. I called 25 psychiatrists and all were a month wait or I wouldn't be able to go to the appointment bc I would be helping people in need. I needed that to focus on those hurricane victims. But does she care? No. I wasn't asking for hardcore drugs. I wasn't asking for fentanyl or whatever all those powerful meds are called. Just a medicine to focus and medicine (that I have taken before) to relax my neck and back otw to Florida. I have two disk herniations. She didn't even ask about it. I had the collar on!!! You can't miss that! She doesn't care about her patients nor anyone else. Waste of money! There is zero compassion in her! I have never had this happen before. I have a feeling she is racist. On other posts about her, she gave adderall to them. But not me?! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I will be reporting her to the board. I'll make sure this won't happen to anyone else. I'm disgusted! And I will be speaking with the owner. The ladies at the front desk refused to give me his number and it seemed like they didn't care. not a doctor, she's playing doctor. I will never set foot in there again. I'll take my business else where. Other reviews online also have confirmed what I have said and I'll write more in other sites. No one deserves the treatment that I have received today. She doesn't deserve to be a doctor. Lastly I have two disk herniations and my pain meds were not working.
