After she took notes (the first time I've ever seen that in a salon), she answered all my questions and left no stone unturned. Then it was time for the service... I got a virgin relaxer and it was quick and painless (literally). When she applied the neutralizing shampoo, she gave me a scalp massage. It was the best thing that has ever happened to my scalp!! Once the deep conditioning treatment was done, she dried my hair, gave it a press (only one pass per section which was perfect!) and a very light trim.
