The staff here is nothong short af astonishing; with their ability to juggle all of the tasks which keep them so busy during their shifts youy would think grumpiness and irritation would be the mood of the place but far from it. The employees :Tina, Cindy, & Terry are all wonderful people who will go out of their way to help and they are never too busy to listen to a customers concern or even an interesting anecdote. Miss Cindy and Tina also have interesting anecdotes as well if you can slow them down enough to share them. And then of course there is Chris. The owner and heart of the laundry. I do not know of someone who is so well able to balance kindness and consistency with the rules..rarely , if ebver has a customer walked away from speaking with Chris with less than a satisfied smile on their face. Mr. Terrance Harris along with his son Traevon (together make up the 2 in the proclamatory name of their company) have taken care of my lawn for approximately two years now and I can say that they have never failed to please me with their final product. For decades I managed to take care of my yard alone. In that time I nurtured it carefully so that today it has become, at least for me, a calming and peaceful retreat. In recent years, however, I have had to give up my bi-weekly attention to it upkeep. Thus I was very cautious in choosing a lawn services company. I wanted one that would commit to a regular schedule, rain or shine, and that would maintain a dedication to its maintenance similar to the level that I had been committed to over the years. I can say that I found that company in Willing 2 Work. From day one Mr. Harris showed great interest in my needs and listened patiently to my peculiar litany of needs when mowing, trimming and generally maintaining my yard. He respected my requests and, over the course of these two years that he has never failed to deliver his services exactly to the level of my demanding instructions. He hasn't cut corners, or changed his methods in the delivery of his services, at least not without first consulting with me, explaining politely, succinctly and convincingly why his way was better. Mike responded immediately to my cry to help after I had a power surge during the freeze that…read moreknocked out my stove and dishwasher. He diagnosed the problems for both appliances and gave me reasonable costs to repair. The surge blew out the control boards on both alliances, which is an expensive part to replace, so due to the costliness of the repairs, I decided to put that money toward new ones. Although he didn't make the repairs, Mike was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. I recommend him and will call him again if and when I need an appliance repairman.
