What a delightful place to stay. This was the approximate half way point for my family on our trip from Texas to VA. I booked on Expedia at 9:00 pm and when we arrived less than ten minutes later, the lovely person at the front was helpful and already had our information so check in was quick and easy! Room was large, clean and comfortable! Breakfast is served early for those who want to get a start on their travels. I must share the experience of the wonderful lady who was putting out items for breakfast! She was so kind and helpful, taking time to help us even though she was very busy! Just a gem of a person! I would come back to this hotel based on just the customer service alone! It is a perk that it turned out to be a delicious breakfast! This is a must if you are passing through or staying in this area! Highly recommend! read more

Not so good for a fairly new hotel. Mattress was very uncomfortable, in room temperature up and down all night , no bar or liquor around and less than average breakfast for a Fairfield Inn. We generally sleep with 2-3 pillows and they claimed that they had no extra pillows, so that was disappointing as well. I would recommend and try the Holiday Inn next door if I were to ever stop again. read more

just now on Google The stay during Memorial Day was Horrific. The General Manager Rainey will make excuses for lack of service and professionalism. We waited for a full day for towels. Our rooms were not cleaned. We were told after the fact that we had to request a room cleaning prior to 9 am. Front desk is too busy on her cell phone with personal calls. Not the Marriott Experience we are used too. Don't stay here or Townplace Next door also managed by the GM. read more

Stayed here for work purposes. Place isn't to bad. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast is free and just like any other hotel that provides breakfast. Room includes a microwave and small fridge. I recommend this hotel. read more

This hotel just opened up this week. Rooms are great. The breakfast was nonexistent. The staff could not keep up with the guests. Coffee was constantly out. One elevator created a bottleneck to get upstairs. I had a boiled egg that I spit out, it was thawed?! From being frozen? Yuck. I like Marriott, but not this sub brand. read more

This hotel could just use some better maids, the room looks clean. Until you actually look at things. It's not a good feeling when you are ready to dry your body from a shower and all the towels have black hairs in them. If it's that big of a deal that these ladies can't keep their damn hair in their heads. WEAR A HAIR NET I don't want non of your nasty curls. read more

WiFi was very choppy couldn't connect well during my overnight stay. The staff who gets us at three evening shift was very unprofessional and rude. She had an attitude problem. I was unaware of an$20 incident fee when I arrived there. The room was well kept and clean. Parking was ample. The food was decent for the price you're paying to stay. read more

This is a new hotel, only one year old. Its right next to the Springfield Inn, a sister brand. Service was friendly and my room was large, bright and clean. Has your standard breakfast. I had no issues, it was a nice quick stay. read more

Got my credit card bill today, was billed for 2 nights we didn't stay here. We reserved 4 nights but checked out after 2 nights because was safe to return after hurricane. 3 employees told us we would not be charged for the 2 nights we didn't stay, yet we were. I originally left 5 stars, but after getting billed for 2 nights I didn't stay I give 1 star. If They fix the problem I would go to to 4 stars. At the this time nobody from Fairfield will speak to me about this only tell me to call the manager another day because she is not there now. Not sure why the front desk can't look this up for me. Hoping they take these charges off without problem. Edit: Manager claims money will be refunded, still have to wait several days to make sure comes off card. read more

THANK YOU to all the staff for being so patient and graciously welcoming all the evacuees from Florida during Hurricane Irma. They have opened their doors to us and our fur babies and we are forever grateful. This hotel is brand new, clean and the staff have all been so friendly and understanding. We are truly grateful! A SPECIAL THANK YOU to the manager of this branch. We had walked downstairs and asked the front desk if we could extend our stay and were told it was fully booked and we would have to check later for cancellations. We are all obviously scared and worried that we will not have a home to come back to in SW Florida. We packed up our small Honda with the most important documents and items along with our fur baby and have been on the road for the past 2 days. One of our guests ran into the manager in the hallway and asked about any additional rooms or if we could extend our stay, since we are due to leave Saturday. The manager was happy to let us stay and said she would let us know what she could do. Prayers answered! She was able to extend our stay until Monday. Great experience for 4 nites. Super clean each day, well stocked bfast that was fresh. Coffee hot (tho coffee was not their strong suit). Great exercise room, very helpful and friendly front desk. Very easy drive to downtown. Be sure and go to Azteca's Mexican and Wintzels seafood w/in 5 min drive (and Marble Slab!). read more
