The rolling baskets look like a scrunchie of human hair is wrapped around every wheel. So gross. The clothes neither felt nor smelled clean and I swear it was a total waste of time and money. All because that old woman is too lazy to sit down for an hour? Clearly she doesn't care for the customers or the business for that matter. They always ask when I need my clothes back and they are always ready when I ask for them. I particularly like to get my dress shirts laundered here as they come out wrinkle free and it's a bit cheaper than dry cleaning. The store actually faces 12 mile road and not Ryan.
